The Roles & Responsibilities include-

GTM Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Define clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on product launches.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop and execute sales enablement strategies, including training and collateral creation.
  • Work with marketing teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns.

Product Launch Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of product launches, making adjustments as needed.

Sales Enablement:

  • Create and deliver sales training programs to educate the sales team on new products, features, and benefits.
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve sales enablement resources

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to leverage online channels for product promotion.

Customer Insights and Feedback:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights.
  • Use customer insights to refine messaging and improve the overall customer experience.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on the performance of GTM initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future GTM strategies.
