Partner Manager – Market Place GCP/AWS

The impact you will create on the Job:

· Responsible for building a Partner Ecosystem (PE) in the Pan India Market.

· Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.

· Incubate and operationalize partnerships with industry-leading technology leaders – Think, Build, and Co-Market with them globally.

· Develop collaboration plans, strategize & execute go-to-market along with key Partners aiming at product adoption and customer success.

· Engage with Partners for On-Boarding/Partner Induction Processes, Sales Enablement (Product Training/Opportunity Lock-In), Joint GTM Models (Webinars, Podcasts, Collaterals, etc), Co-Publishing Joint Industry Specific Reports (Insights) and Managing Cadence Meetings.

· Focus is on Partner Categories such as – Google Cloud Platform, AWS, marketplace engagement and Marketplace partnership.

· Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Operations, Legal, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, Engineering Services, Enterprise Sales etc

· Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationships and establishing trust, to grow company business.

What do we look for?

· 6-8 years of experience in Strategic Alliances and Partnerships with a demonstrated history of working in Product companies offering SaaS Solutions.

· Strong influencing and consultative approach to forging long-term business associations.

· Experience in Business Alliances, GCP Engagements, Strategic GTM Associations, AWS, marketplace engagement, Marketplace partnership, and Partner Management.

· Proven experience in planning, strategizing, executing & driving GTM plans.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· You are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver.
