Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Our Thriving Company
- This role involves understanding job descriptions and ensuring timely MPRs submission by relevant HODs.
- Sourcing appropriate profiles through various channels like Job portals, social networks, and employee referrals, aligning with JDs within the agreed TAT.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and documenting first, second, and panel round interviews, recording feedback accurately.
- Following up with candidates for registration in Darwin Box and timely submission of necessary documents.
- Managing selection and offer processes efficiently, engaging potential employees during the offer to joining period.
- Conducting onboarding facilitation, joining formalities, and orientation according to Company Policy.
- Building and maintaining a well-organized profile inventory and talent pool.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection and onboarding phases.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA with a specialization in Management or HR.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience, predominantly in the Insurance industry.
- At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, handling positions above Manager level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective communicator with strong analytical and growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in analytical thinking, presentation, and negotiation.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and enjoys functioning within a team environment.
- Demonstrates self-drive and adherence to processes.
- Previous experience in Insurance Brokerage is a plus.
