Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to join our retail client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP). This role is crucial in driving our talent strategy and ensuring the effective management and development of our human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support on all aspects of HR management.
- Work closely with management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support organizational goals.
- Provide expertise in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Development and Retention:
- Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Create and manage employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a stable workforce.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
- Proven experience in a retail or similar fast-paced industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
