Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for BECO. Reporting directly to the Founder, the Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

2. Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and exceed sales goals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to expand market presence.

4. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

6. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, market share, and profitability, and provide regular reports to senior management.

7. Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure profitability.

8. Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry.

3. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving abilities.

6. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

7. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
