We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a proven track record in solution selling to large companies in the IT Space to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth while developing and implementing effective sales strategies and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth from High value clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT/ITES sector, including prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to your reporting manager
  • Evangelize Salesable over all kinds of channels and media with partners, incubators, accelerators and customers

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of selling to the IT/ITES Market Place, specially companies with 5K plus workforce or more than $50 million Revenue in India.
  • Should have clear Marketing concepts and understand Data and Lead Generation Services and related pain points in the IT Industry
  • Should have Managed revenue targets of at least 5 crores in the past through a self-generated pipeline
  • Should have worked directly with a Lead Generation team to understand the way of functioning
  • Good Understanding of key decision makers in IT/ITES Decision Makers
  • Has experience in Mapping large clients and network through
  • Strong understanding of business environment and the dynamics of the IT industry
  • Good understanding of General business processes for seamless Sales management

Other Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing from a recognised B school is a mandatory requirement
  • Understanding of financial terms that include Budgeting would be a good plus
  • Professionals who have excelled in sports, extra-curricular activities would be preferred
