The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value deals with large enterprises in the retail sector. You will leverage your expertise in omni channel solutions and your strong relationship-building skills to develop strategic partnerships and drive significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the enterprise segment, aligned with overall company goals.
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise accounts within the Indian retail landscape.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, understanding their unique challenges and business objectives.
- Craft compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of Pallet's omni channel solutions and how they can address specific client needs.
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline for assigned accounts, ensuring timely deal progression.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and high performance.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the B2B technology or retail solution space.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value deals in a competitive environment.
- In-depth understanding of omni channel retail solutions and their impact on business performance.
- Strong understanding of the Indian retail landscape and its current challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
Bachelors in Engineering (B.E or BTech.), MCA. Candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience preferred. Expertise in react js / javascript programming language Experience in UI frameworks like react Redux, a sync programming Knowledge of API implementation using node.js Knowledge of RESTful API and microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker) Strong programming, problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms. Solid foundation in Computer Science, distributed systems and web technologies. Proficiency in deploying UI in Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Go etc. is a plus.
