  • We are seeking a proven, dynamic Cybersecurity Operations Leader to be a key advisor for our clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement optimal security solutions.
  • As an experienced SecOps Leader, you will operate at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, addressing challenging problems businesses encounter when enhancing their security posture.
  • This role allows you to showcase your strong communication skills and expertise in SOC operations, security governance & advisory, security risk management, security architecture, and cyber incident response programs.
Job responsibilities:
  • Manage overall service delivery of Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction & Advisory services to our clients
  • Lead & manage overall SOC operations
  • Handle all escalations from security event monitoring, incident management and response
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, process adherence, and process improvisation to achieve operational excellence
  • Establish operational foundations, defining metrics and KPIs to drive governance, quality, and efficiency
  • Influence and enhance existing processes through innovation and operational change
  • Conduct threat management, threat modeling & hunting, identify threat vectors and develop use cases/detection rules for security monitoring
  • Ensure team training needs are adequately met
  • Assist clients in recognizing potential threats, vulnerabilities, and deficiencies in their environments
  • Evaluate client needs, coordinate designs for a solution, and clearly communicate the value proposition of complex technical subjects
  • Plan and execute IT security assessments of on-premise/cloud IT assets
  • Possess strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Support in sales pursuits, proposals, and building practice eminence
  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening collective knowledge, and resolving clients' challenges
  • Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization
  • Update cyber security strategy to leverage new technology and threat information
  • Establish strong client relationships to progress the Services portfolio
Job specifications:
  • Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Cloud security certifications: Certification in Public Cloud Technology from major Cloud Service Providers
  • Desired Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of SOC operations and technology
  • Proficiency with IT risk management, security technologies, and application programming
  • Familiarity with security tools, cloud security, pen test applications, and security frameworks
  • Expertise in cloud security implementations and vendor/partner management
  • Ability to research and develop new security offerings, lead client expectations, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Personal Attributes: Self-starter, excellent communicator, analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
