Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Data & Advanced Analytics, BCM AnalyticsWhile delivery teams focus on individual tools/technologies being implemented in different projects.
- The role entails creating frameworks/jump-start data models/data fabrics/ PoVs in the area of Data Architecture, Data Orchestration, and Data Governance.
- SME should also be able to enhance Genpact deal win ratio & margins through the right solution. This will require an in-depth understanding of our delivery model, and client relationship management.
- Independently participating in RFP responses & proactive pursuits in the area of Data Analytics.
- Conceptualizing and designing solutions, and articulating their value proposition to clients
- Ability to bring in high end analytic techniques which are practical
- Generating proposals and delivering presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept to showcase capabilities and transformation solutions
- Liaise with Account Managers & Enterprise SalesForce to penetrate and upsell into existing accounts (both hunting and farming), positioning a variety of analytics led value propositions
- Proactively identify niche opportunity areas within Data Analytics, and help define value proposition for analytics
- Represent the Data Business in client discussions on RFX responses, trade shows and other industry networking events
- Provide Strategic Onsite Consulting & Solutions to customers during their modernizing data warehouse journey, especially in design and implementation of data-centric architectures.
- Provide Onsite / Offshore solutions support to BD and presales activities
- Work in conjunction with Presales / BD teams, program managers, and other stakeholders towards spotting and converting short cycle mining opportunities that may arise from time to time.
- B.E./ master's in computer science, Information systems, or Computer engineering, Systems Engineering with relevant experience and experience in Data Practice and Platforms
- Bachelors / master's in data science, Data Engineering programs
- Ability to build and manage large teams.
- RFP/RFI solution experience is essential
- Should have experience on Architecture and Design Principles
- Ability to understand data engineering process and apply analytics to improve efficiency and deliver tangible business impact to end client organization
- Should be dynamic to understand and recognize where data management and information governance is applicable.
- Excellent communication skills, oral as well as written
- Excellent presentation skills (PPT)
- Good experience in at least three of the following
- Cloud-Based Data Engineering Services
- Data Management and Governance
- Hadoop Ecosystem
- Data Visualization and Reporting
- AI and Machine Learning
- Data Integration
- MPP and Columnar Databases
- Business consulting experience or internal consulting (in case of non-consulting companies) in data
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of intellectual curiosity about the use of data and Analytics
- Consultative selling skills and Story-telling ability
- Good Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Analytics products and solutionsPreferred Qualifications/Skills· Hands-on experience in BI/analytics architecting in at least 2 domains· Good understanding of latest advancements in advanced analytics using R or Python· Good client management skills to build trust-based relationships (handling structured and unstructured conversations, ability to understand client's cultural nuances and flexing Genpact content accordingly, maneuver between setting realistic client expectations – better than the competition – within internal Genpact constraints)· Ability to work in a matrix reporting relationship and global environment, with strong enough communication skills to influence multiple internal stakeholders
