We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary for the role of Vice President in Oracle ERP space more focused on the Oracle Functional domain of ERP. Lead our large-scale ERP implementation projects across various domains. The ideal candidate should have very deep experience as an Oracle Functional solution expert in the areas of Supply Chain and Finance. Candidate should have experience leading large teams, establish solution roadmap, Organization transformation roadmap, possessing a deep understanding of solution leading functional-side teams and the ability to provide detailed insights to steering committees and executive stakeholders. The said position requires a servant leader with an executive presence, capable of aligning teams, guiding cultural fit, and delivering solutions that meet and exceed the expectations of our stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

  • 18+ years of experience in Oracle Functional, with a proven track record of leading large-scale functional implementation projects.
  • Of this at least 5 Years of Oracle Cloud experience is required.

Oracle Skills:

  • Proficient in Oracle ERP (cloud) solutions, deep understanding of SCM (Inventory, Procurement, PDH, Manufacturing), Finance (AR, AP, GL, Credit Management)
  • Understand ERP solution overall tying various domains together and ensure the solution is tightly stitched together.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
