About Our Client

Our client is a leading consumer electronics brand in India that has grown immensely in the last few years. They are now going global and growing their footprint further. They are looking for someone to lead the offline sales in India for them that constitutes GT and MT/LFR.

Job Description

The incumbent would report into the COO and be responsible to:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Negotiate and close agreements with large customers Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

The Successful Applicant

1. Have 12+ years of General Trade & LFR experience in electronics
2. Be an MBA from a college of repute
3. Have an analytical and a entrepreneurial bent of mind
