Responsibilities:

  • Cash flow, Fund Management-Team Management-Bringing efficiencies, process improvements etc.
  • Statutory compliances
  • TP, Income tax, GST, PF etc.
  • Other payments & Vendor payments
  • Board Compliances-Board meeting, Minutes, Company Law compliances
  • MSME, Annual return, MCA etc.
  • Other Compliances like Gratuity, STPI, Softex, SEIS, Dividend, FEMA, LEI etc.
  • Customer Invoicing and Debtors follow up
  • Financial Audits-Statutory, Tax, GST etc.
  • Approving requests generated internally on MS flows
  • SOA, BRS etc.
  • Updating of Manuals / SOPs.
  • Maintaining Corporate Team KPI
  • Any other tasks as required Head of Finance
