Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities


Managing supply chain financing transactions –

  • Thorough vetting of transaction documents,
  • Ensuring KYC compliances,
  • Co-ordination with Business team for ensuring condition precedents,
  • Vetting of invoices & pre-disbursement documents,
  • Handling disbursement in co-ordination with co-lending banks,
  • Post disbursement monitoring – condition subsequent, covenants, etc. up to the stage of closure of loans.


Preparing and monitoring of MIS, different reporting requirements –

  • Loan book monitoring
  • Limits monitoring – Anchor, Vendor & Transaction level,
  • Monitoring & sharing of repayment details,
  • Monthly follow-up on pending documents & covenants, etc.


Managing & adherence to compliances & regulatory reporting –

  • To RBI – CRILC, details on disbursement, collection, etc.
  • To Credit Information Companies – CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF Highmark,
  • To Information Utility – NeSL,
  • To CKYC registry,


Managing system entries –

  • Maintaining system entries for lending activities,
  • Reconciliation for accounting entries,
  • Reconciliation for TDS pendency, etc.


  • Should be responsible to handle supply chain and co-lending with banks/ nbfc's processes end-to-end,
  • Liaising with IT team for system development requirement & improvising on the processes,
  • Liaising with all teams in the organization – Business, Credit, Legal, Compliance, IT, Accounts,
  • Managing audits – Internal audit, Statutory audit, IT audit, RBI inspections, etc.
