  • The role of the Franchise relationship officer is to manage, develop, and grow our Farm rental business, Farm Input / Output & Linkages, Franchise Partners and contribute towards the brand becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and consumers.
  • Formulate a business plan for Farm Business
  • Rental / Input / Output / Linkages
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee business plans and budgets
