**Job Title**: Franchise Sales Business Development Manager

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Franchise Opportunity Identification**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets and territories for franchise expansion. Evaluate demographic data, consumer trends, and competitor analysis to identify prime locations for new franchises.

2**. Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and prospect potential franchisees. Utilize various channels such as networking events, industry associations, and digital marketing to identify and engage with qualified leads.

3**. Franchise Sales Process**: Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing. Educate prospective franchisees about our brand, business model, and support services. Conduct discovery calls, virtual or in-person meetings, and site visits to showcase franchise opportunities.

4. **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales process. Address their questions, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner. Provide ongoing support and guidance to facilitate a smooth transition into franchise ownership.

5. **Franchisee Training and Onboarding**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs and materials for new franchisees. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure that new franchisees are equipped with the knowledge and resources to launch their businesses successfully.

6. **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate franchise agreements and terms with prospective franchisees, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. Work closely with legal counsel to draft and finalize contracts in accordance with regulatory requirements.

7. **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyse key performance metrics related to franchise sales, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue projections. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in franchise sales or business development, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of franchising principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
