Location:
This role is out of our Gurgaon office. We are a hybrid culture; you can have the flexibility to work in our office or work at home. This role will require an overlap of working US East Coast hours.
About the role:
TMB is seeking a Digital Media Content Partnerships coordinator with a background in digital content, journalism, communications, or data analytics. This is a remote full-time position working with the Digital Partnerships team.
About You:
You will work closely with the Partnerships team manager to optimize, curate, and deliver TMB's text and video assets to partner platforms. At the same time, you will learn about digital media partnerships, informed decision-making, and strategy, while applying your learnings to the content curation process across our portfolio of brands.
Digital Partnerships help our TMB brands expand their reach, elevate their messaging, and get in front of new audiences to drive site traffic and partner revenue. We are looking for a candidate interested in learning about this industry.
Key responsibilities: Curate TMB text and video content to deliver to partner platforms on weekends and some US evening/night-hours. Collaborate with US Partnership manager and editorial teams on delivery of push notifications, optimizing TMB content for discovery on partner platforms, curating partner pitches, and uploading and optimizing new video assets for syndication. Help with preparing detailed reports and track/analyze content performance to inform partner strategy Work within Partnership tools and apply data to inform strategy and help with ad-hoc requests (troubleshooting, competitor assessment etc.) Learn and stay up-to-date on digital media trends and news Qualifications: Background in digital media, marketing, data analysis, communications, journalism, or related field is a plus Strong interest in digital media and/or publishing industry Strong time management and analytics skills Prior experience with Excel-like spreadsheets or data management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and techniques Interest in lifestyle brands About this team:
