Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Alliances Head to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with external companies, including banks and other service providers. The primary objective is to create win-win collaborations that will expand our customer base, and provide our existing customers with great offers that improve funnel conversions.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate potential strategic alliance partners that align with our company goals and objectives.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic alliance roadmap to meet business objectives, including establishing clear partnership objectives and KPIs.

3. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across potential partner organizations.

4. Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-funded/co-branded campaigns, and other promotional activities.

6. Monitor and track partnership performance, providing regular reports and analysis on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.

8. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic alliance partners, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships that drive positive outcomes for all parties involved.

9. Conduct periodic business reviews with partners to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for growth and improvement.

10. Coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial responsibilities, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven track record in business development, strategic partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce or BFSI sector.

3. Strong understanding and ability to navigate the e-commerce landscape, including knowledge of emerging trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

4. Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.

7. High level of initiative and resourcefulness, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing industry.

10. Experience in financial services, banking, or related industries is highly desirable.
