The Brand Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful partnership management.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies:

  • Identify potential brand partners aligned with our brand values and business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for brand partnerships that drive growth and enhance brand equity.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract terms to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and report on the performance of partnerships against set KPIs and business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership progress and outcomes.
  • Use datadriven insights to refine partnership strategies and optimize results.

Brand Alignment and Compliance:

  • Ensure all partnership activities are aligned with the brand's identity, values, and messaging.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all partnership agreements and activities.
