Brand Partnership Manager

The Brand Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies:
- Identify potential brand partners aligned with our brand values and business goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for brand partnerships that drive growth and enhance brand equity.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract terms to ensure mutual benefit.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on the performance of partnerships against set KPIs and business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership progress and outcomes.
- Use datadriven insights to refine partnership strategies and optimize results.
Brand Alignment and Compliance:
- Ensure all partnership activities are aligned with the brand's identity, values, and messaging.
- Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all partnership agreements and activities.
