Manager Sales -General Fabrication

Location -Kolkata


Moglix is looking for a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager for Kolkata with minimum 3 years experience in the steel fabrication / PEB / Heavy steel fabrication industry.


KRAs:

  • Generating enquiries and sales for steel fabrication projects within the region
  • Creating costing for PEB and Fabrication
  • Negotiating high value contracts with clients using commercial prudence.
  • Tracking individual projects post sales and ensuring operational and commercial performance
  • Ensuring timely sales realisation from Clients.
  • Tracking projects from tender stage and keeping market intelligence about competition.

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in n the steel fabrication / PEB / Heavy steel fabrication industry.

Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Sound English, Hindi and relevant regional language speaking abilities.
  • Experience in Cost Accounting would be added advantage.
  • Well versed with Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint
  • Understanding structural designs and drawings is necessary
  • A selfstarter approach and the will to travel and meet new prospective clients.
  • An established network of existing clients especially in EPC, Power, Infra and Renewables segment.
  • A target oriented approach and persuasion skills.

Education:

  • Engineering degree preferably in civil/mechanical from recognized institutions
  • An MBA or PGDM in business would be an added advantage.
