Sales Executive - Bonadia Fashion Showroom, Kolkata

Our showroom is located in
Kolkata(Metiabruz) showcases our diverse range of clothing, and we are looking for a
Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom, understand their preferences, and assist them in finding their needs.
Provide detailed information about the garments, materials, designs, and prices to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Offer personalized styling advice based on customers' needs and preferences.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Actively promote and sell the latest collections and designs to meet and exceed sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the shopping experience and increase average transaction value.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.

Showroom Presentation:
Maintain the showroom's visual appeal by arranging garments in an attractive and organized manner.
Ensure that displays are updated with new arrivals, and promotional materials are strategically placed to attract customer attention.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with repeat customers, understanding their preferences and maintaining communication for future updates.
Collect customer feedback and relay it to the management to improve products and services.

Inventory Management:
Keep track of stock levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking and identifying popular items.
Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock counts and proper product availability.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist in any required tasks to support the showroom's operations such as billing, packing, counting of goods etc.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Indepth knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, styles, and garment care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills for pointofsale transactions and inventory tracking.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Part-time hours: 66 per week

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Experience:
