Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the events industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, meeting assigned targets, and developing new opportunities for our organization. This role requires a proactive approach, strong networking skills, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business opportunities by conducting research and identifying potential clients within the events industry.

Connect with influencers and decision-makers in target organizations to promote our services and solutions.

Present proposed solutions to clients, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and aligning our offerings to meet their objectives.

Negotiate cost and terms of agreements with new clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Lead ideation and implementation of strategic and operational business development activities to drive revenue growth.

Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve organizational goals and targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the events industry, with a proven track record of success in business development.

Passionate about work and motivated to achieve results.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

Adherence to deadlines and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint.

Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Fluent written and spoken proficiency in English.
