Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and results-driven Executive to join dynamic team at One Health. Primary responsibility is to onboard customers onto programs through personalized interactions and ensure high renewal rates. Playing crucial part in setting expectations, customizing plans, directing to relevant services, and retaining customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer Onboarding: Assist in smooth onboarding process of new members, ensuring understanding value proposition and features.
2) Renewals: Secure timely renewals by demonstrating ongoing value of services.
3) Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers to understand needs, address concerns, and build rapport.
4) Proactive Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products, tailoring recommendations based on customer needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Renewal rate: Maintain high renewal rates by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Average Revenue per Customer: Contribute to growth of average revenue by identifying upselling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 2 years of experience
- Proven experience in customer success or related roles, preferably within B2C subscription-based model.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
