The charter of Private Cloud Customer Centre is to ensure seamless adoption of the new RISE SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition solution by customers through a Shared Services model.
This unit will employ innovative digital approaches to deliver managed services to customers, emphasizing scalability and resilience.
What you'll do
The Digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) oversees virtual customer engagement and delivery of services for SAP Cloud Customers, focusing mainly on SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition. This role requires working in the European time-zone.
- Drive Sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding
- Handle support tickets and bridge customer queries
- Conduct periodic service reviews
- Ensure service delivery according to agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services scope
What you'll bring
You need to be an engineering graduate with over 3 years of experience as an SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing role. Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP ERP modules, and related tools is essential. Experience with SAP Basis activities in Cloud environments, database administration, and infrastructure operations is required. Additionally, you should possess good customer focus and networking skills.

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) assists SAP customers in transitioning to the cloud. The team provides real-time cloud platform operation and managed services, aiming for fast time-to-value at reduced cost and risk. The mission of the Client Delivery Engagement Shared Services unit is to help customers seamlessly adopt the S/4H Private Cloud solution using standardized delivery approaches.
