Mission:
Perform as a strategic partner of the General Management India by maintaining an effective relationship and providing guidance, support and knowledge as an internal consultant to add value to Business through people and offering an excellent Human Resources service to employees. Ensure the application of corporate policies and programs in the region and sharing with People & Organization experts' good practices and experiences for continuous improvement.
Functions
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to General Management, providing guidance and support to add value through people.
- Organizational Development: Continuously review and adapt the organizational structure for effectiveness and sustainability.
- Talent Attraction and Onboarding: Manage recruitment, onboarding, technical and HSE training, and monitor onboarding and recruiting metrics. Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent, and ensure a seamless integration process for new hires, including documentation, communication, and coordination with internal departments.
- Compensation and Benefits: Handle payroll, disciplinary issues, legal compliance, off-boarding, and maintain employee data and reports. Monitor compliance with legal regulations applicable to the region and suggest corrective actions when necessary. Stay updated on local labor and human resources legislation and manage expense controls.
- Training and Development: Conduct training activities and identify training and development needs. Collaborate in the creation and monitoring of the training calendar. Measure the impact of training activities and support development plans for key positions.
- Performance Management: Guide performance evaluations, organize related training, and identify high and low performers.
- Talent Management: Collaborate in the identification and monitoring of the participants of strategic talent programs. Support strategic talent programs, ensure training needs are met, and monitor key talent.
- Culture and Engagement: Lead climate surveys, promote corporate values, and foster employee engagement.
- Internal Communication: Ensure effective communication channels, suggest improvements, and maintain organizational agility.
- Educational background required: Labor Relations, Corporate Psychology or similar (PGD HR, MBA, etc).
- Experience required: Experience as HRBP in Mumbai company of at least 3 years and in Production Plant and Matrix Organizations.
- Languages and minimum level required: English and Hindi (both fluent) required.
- Office365 Domain. Advanced Excel skills.
- Availability to travel to HQ once a year.
- Part-time position (3 days a week).
