What will you do?:

  • Play a pivotal role in Talent Management ensuring capability building for the business unit, while working closely with business leaders and employees to create a culture of superior performance and aligning the same to organization's goals
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process
  • Oversee delivery of endto
- end employee life cycle management processes including work force planning, staffing, training, managing rewards and performance, grievance handling etc.

  • Organizational Development and Talent Engagement
  • Drive HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, designed to drive longterm performance, including effective organizational design, talent and succession
  • Establish touch points with people through various initiatives which includes but not limited to oneone with employees, managers and Focus group discussions etc.
  • Formal & Informal communication to employees on various HR initiatives / policies as deemed relevant from time to time. Drive initiatives based on feedback from Employee Engagement survey scores and strive for improving the scores yearonyear

Who should apply?:

  • HRBPs who have the ability to understand, manage and deal with complex stakeholder and business requirements
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced and dynamic environment is a crucial element for success in this role

Key Peformance Indicators:

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance motivation and increase engagement levels across the team in the business unit
  • Drive Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Development, Reward & Performance Management along with COE
  • Generate insight & create action plan through regular Monthly dashboards and HR health reviews with stakeholders
