Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, providing guidance and support on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Lead talent management efforts, including performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development programs. Partner with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and support the hiring process for key positions. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HRBP or generalist roles. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making. HR certification (, SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. .
