We are looking for anexperienced HR Manager to lead the human resources department. Thisrole is pivotal in driving HR strategies that foster organizationaland people development including recruitment employee relationsperformance management andtraining.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with businessgoals.
  • Bridge management andemployee relations by addressing demands andgrievances.
  • Manage therecruitment and selection process ensuringconsistency.
  • Supportbusiness needs through the development and retention of humancapital.
  • Oversee and managea performance appraisal system driving highperformance.
  • Ensure legalcompliance throughout human resourcemanagement.
  • Analyze trendsin compensation and benefits; propose competitive base andincentive payprograms.
  • Maintain a payplan by conducting periodic paysurveys.
  • Assess trainingneeds and monitor training programs to ensureeffectiveness.
  • Enhance jobsatisfaction by resolving issues promptly and addressingcomplaints.

Knowledge&Experience:

  • MBAfrom HR or a relevant field from a Tier 1college
  • Extensiveunderstanding of HR functions labour law and bestpractices.
  • Minimum 4 yearsof experience in HR management preferably in a seniorrole.

Skills:

  • Provenleadership and people managementskills.
  • Strong knowledge ofhiring processes employee relations and diversity and inclusioninitiatives.
  • Proficiency inHR systems anddatabases.
  • Strategicthinking with strong leadershipcapabilities.
  • Indepthknowledge of labour law and HR bestpractices.

Attitude:

  • Ethicaland discreet in handling personnelmatters.
  • Strongdecisionmaking and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Proactive inissue resolution and continuousimprovement.

Qualifications:

  • MBAin HR or a related field.
  • HRcertifications (e.g. SHRM PHR SPHR) are highlydesirable.
