Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Admin Manager.
The HR Admin Manager will be responsible for various HR tasks including managing employee records, handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating training and development programs, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The HR Admin Manager will also be responsible for handling employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR processes and practices
Experience in employee record management and HRIS systems
Ability to handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Knowledge of training and development programs
Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration
Understanding of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
