Job Description:


As an HR Admin at Multiplier AI, you will be pivotal in supporting our Human Resources department by managing various administrative tasks and contributing to HR operations' overall efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the seamless execution of HR initiatives and provide exceptional service to our employees.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management :
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the recruitment and selection by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

Administrative Support:
Could you provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems?
Assist in coordinating HR-related events, such as training sessions, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Generate reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators, analysing trends and providing insights to inform decision-making.
Support the HR team in conducting data analysis and research to identify process improvement and optimisation opportunities.

Compliance and Legal Requirements:
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping abreast of changes and updates as necessary.

Assist in preparing HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary notices, adhering to legal requirements and best practices.

Support HR audits and investigations, providing documentation and information as needed to maintain compliance and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data management and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the role.
