Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our client's team . As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. You will be responsible for tasks ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process by assisting managers with goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment law and industry best practices, and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
