Job description

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the Distributor base.
  • Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Appointment of new distributors and filling up the vacant Headquarters on priority
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Providing technical support and training to customers and sales teams on the proper use of IVD products.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, life sciences, or a related discipline, is often required.

  • Minimum 10years significant work experience in sales and marketing within the IVD industry is essential.
  • A deep understanding of the IVD industry, including knowledge of diagnostic products (Biochemistry, Rapid and Instruments) market trends, and regulatory requirements, is essential
