Drive Sales Objectives:

  • Zenitiate actions to meet sales targets, focusing on market development, expanding distribution, and sales operations.
  • Tackle critical sales issues within the area by taking necessary steps or escalating where required.
  • Support national business strategies from the headquarters.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and service teams to develop authorized applicators.
  • Lead the launch of new spice brands in the market, managing the territories of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Goa.
  • Ensure proficiency in systems, processes, policies, and business modules (SPPB) through training and feedback collection.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and definition of roles and responsibilities for field managers and employees.
  • Interact with top customers, consultants, and stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance various business aspects.
  • Supervise inventory, receivables, and commercial policies; implement dealer programs and drive demand generation.
  • Directly manage scheme design, competition strategy, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate with NSM and Marketing teams for budgeting and executing marketing activities.

  • Achieve specified targets and implement SPPB effectively.
  • Focus on sales leadership training, budgeting, and driving business initiatives along with dealer programs and clarity in roles.
  • Emphasize demand generation in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
