Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants.
Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales.
Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience.

Leads Execution of key components of marketing programsNew Project planning and executionWork closely with the Regional Manager for developing sales strategiesProvide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.

Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting.

Ensure all reports are consistent in quality:
accurate, complete and on time.
To lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSOEmployee RetentionEmployee Productivity

RequirementsGraduation in Science / Engineering and MBA in marketing or related subjectMinimum 10 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical, electronic or related industry with Minimum 3 years exp managing a team

SkillsWell versed with SFDC and similar tools for reporting would be beneficialGood Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
