Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (Mining Equipment) at Excel Combine located in Hubli. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth in the mining equipment sector. You will be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales management role, preferably in the mining equipment industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of the mining equipment market and industry trends
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 4 / 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
