About the role

This position entails enhancing customer information, communications, and documentation to elevate service standards, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product quality by inspecting supplied products and addressing any deviations with the factory.
  • Handle customer inquiries by addressing all technical queries.
  • Prepare, validate, and submit Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with 5 Whys and 8D reports as required by customers.

Minimum Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in AWS, controls
