Job Description:

Join FOUNDEVER as a Customer Service Representative in India. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and meeting the established guidelines and goals set by the client and management. Your primary focus will be to consistently achieve call quality goals to ensure client and customer satisfaction.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound calls within established guidelines/goals.

Achieving call quality goals to meet client and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Details:

Age: 18 to 35 years

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (or +2 equivalent)

Maximum Qualification: Graduates (Undergrads can be considered, but should not be regular college students)

Experience: Freshers (Any Under Grad or Graduate)

Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken skills in English

Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable working in all shifts)

Salary: As per market standards

Note: Candidates must be willing to work from the office.

Job Profile:

International Voice (Technical Support)

Responsibility: Provide technical support to international customers

Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US rotational shifts.

Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and strong technical knowledge (hardware, software, and networking concepts)

Working Days: 5 days working

Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational and Split)

Transport: Home pickup and home drop

Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round

All interviews will be conducted over telephonic or Skype.

Note: Candidates must be willing to work from the office.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Call center experience is a plus

Provide high-quality and proactive service to internal and external customers

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's in a related field

Experience Target:

Call center experience is a plus
