Experience:
3 to 5 years

Qualification:
Preferably MBA or MS or B.Tech from renowned institutes

Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Strategy division on global, regional, and divisional projects
- Create presentations for senior management meetings, investor days, off-sites, and town halls
- Assist management in strategic initiatives such as exploring new growth areas, developing business strategies, evaluating acquisitions, and identifying digital growth opportunities
- Lead projects focusing on business optimization, restructuring, and cost efficiency
- Evaluate underperforming business units and provide recommendations to enhance performance
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends for senior management presentations, including developing market sizing and revenue models
- Compile quarterly presentations on the Wholesale division's financial performance, highlighting key changes and impacts on earnings
- Collaborate closely with strategy team members, business CAOs, finance, and cross-regional functional teams
- Gain exposure to various aspects of the investment banking industry, covering Fixed Income Equities and IB Advisory

Desired Profile:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a strategy role, preferably in a consulting firm or the strategy/business planning unit of a financial institution
- Familiarity with capital markets and investment banking would be advantageous
