Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in business development within a BTL marketing agency or related industry.
  • Experience of working in an offline marketing agency and POSM is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong industry network and relationships with potential clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Skills to individually work and close on the deals
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
