  • Identify newbusiness opportunities and develop strategies to build the salespipeline
  • Collaborate with senior management todevelop and implement sales and marketingstrategies
  • Build and maintain stronglonglasting customer relationships
  • Negotiateand close deals with key clients
  • Conduct marketresearch to identify new markets and customerneeds
  • Provide insights and recommendations tosenior management to develop new products services and distributionchannels
  • Lead the proposal process by workingwith crossfunctional teams to deliver compelling proposals andpresentations
  • Develop and deliver salespresentations to prospective clients
  • Meet andexceed sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze salesand marketing activity against goals
  • Stayupdated on industry trends market activities andcompetitors
  • Participate in industry events andconferences to generate new businessleads
  • Prepare and present regular progressreports to senior management
  • Train and mentorthe sales team to ensure continuous growth anddevelopment
