Customer Success Manager Internship

About the internship:
Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to kickstart your career in customer success? Join us at Incra Soft Private Limited as a customer success manager internAs a part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in effective communication, negotiation & problem-solving, and client relationship management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our software products.
2. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and resolve any issues that may arise.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Analyze client feedback and data to provide insights for product improvements.
5. Organize and conduct customer feedback surveys to gauge satisfaction levels.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer retention.
7. Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to drive growth and revenue.
