  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting to reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.

HR Systems and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity within HR systems and regularly audit records for accuracy.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
  • Stay updated on HR legal requirements and best practices.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
  • Track employee training and development activities.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

Candidates having experience in retail industry will only be considered.
