- Coordinate with finance and accounting to reconcile payroll accounts.
- Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
HR Systems and Reporting:
- Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity within HR systems and regularly audit records for accuracy.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
- Stay updated on HR legal requirements and best practices.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
- Track employee training and development activities.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Candidates having experience in retail industry will only be considered.
