About the Role:

In this strategic role, you will be the vital link between our Human Resources department and business leaders, driving organizational success through innovative HR initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Act as a strategic advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals. Tackle complex employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Lead talent management, from acquisition to development, ensuring we have the best talent. Champion change initiatives, guiding the organization through transformation. Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve workforce trends. Develop a deep understanding of our business to align HR and business objectives.

Who You Are:

A holder of Matric or Grade 12 (with ‘C’ grade or higher in first language English). A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources. An experienced professional with 5 years in HR, including 2 years as a Business Partner. Skilled in performance management, HR best practices, and labor legislation. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Adaptable, flexible, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
