Job Title: Business Development Team Member

The company is reshaping perceptions of the real estate brokerage sector and is looking for dedicated individuals to join its mission. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a key role in providing top-notch client support, implementing strategic approaches, and injecting energy into real estate transactions and sales processes. This position serves as a vital representative of the firm, engaging with clients to enhance market insights and knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate proactively with the team to support site visit efforts.
  • Establish connections with potential landlords and developers, understand their real estate assets, and arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and developers.
  • Engage actively in calls, meetings, and site visits, ensuring timely follow-ups and internal proposal submissions.
  • Generate and present reports as per internal team requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant properties in the industry.
  • Work closely with the team lead to gain insights into the Bangalore real estate market.

Desired Attributes:

  • In-depth knowledge of Bangalore geography or the ability to quickly grasp it.
  • Willingness to travel within the city as necessary.
  • Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Initiative-taker, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant Real Estate role.
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Great customer service and time management abilities.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate client requirements.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
