Elior Group, based in France, is a major player worldwide in Food services and has been operating in India since 2017, with a presence in various metro cities.

We are on the lookout for a Sales & Business Development Executive for our operations in India.

Main responsibilities:

  • Finding new business opportunities through cold calls and scheduled meetings.
  • Identifying potential clients, building a pipeline for contract business and banqueting sales.
  • Providing support across departments from RFP submission to operational integration.
  • Engaging in cold calls, meetings, and appointments with potential clients on a daily basis.
  • Assisting in daily food services/Banqueting sales, ensuring contracts are signed after thorough due diligence and compliance with approval processes.
  • Managing and updating the database of existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinating to ensure quick responses and resolutions (2/24 practice) to any client inquiries or communications.
  • Active involvement in various sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • Comfortable with the travel demands of the role.
  • Freshers with the potential and willingness to learn and excel in sales & business development.

Industry background:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS-Word.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
