Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining existing client accounts, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities for Business Development Executive:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities which includes communication with marketing team; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, exhibits, and conferences.
  • Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  • Manage, coordinate and handle team.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Developing pipeline for the team on monthly basis.
  • Maintaining optimal level of cost of acquisition of new clients.

Requirements & Qualification

  • Bachelors/master degree in Marketing.
  • knowledge of taxation and Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in handling business development in a finance company or in a B2B model business.
  • Excellent written and oral communication is a must  Possess Leadership and decision-making skill.
