Leads "Offer To Order (OTO)" process in the region for Imaging business with key deliverables of:
oDrive growth by working closely with Sales teams by:

  • Monitoring of Market & Market Share Developments & Competition offerings
  • Develop market share retention / acquisition strategies & share of wallet view
  • Enable Equipment finance for addressing Customer needs
  • Designing Structured Finance Solutions in collaboration with Financing Partners;oPro-actively de-risk the business with acceptable T&Cs in contracts being concludedoEnsure governance with adherence to multiple guidelines applicable at Point of SaleoResponsible for harmonizing, standardizing and digitalizing the OTO processes
  • Develop robust network with Financing Partners incl. understanding of Credit Policies
  • Build relationships with key decision makers at Customer end
  • Act as main customer contact from Finance in Offer till Order phase; Interfaces with sales and service organization, as well as product management organization
  • Ensuring integrity of books and records and highest level of compliance
  • Ensures operational excellence w/ internal and external focus (customers, suppliers etc.)
Education/Experience/Skillset

  • Candidate should be a qualified CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA-Finance from a reputed Institute.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Commercial; preferably in product sales and after sales service industry; Medical Equipment industry experience being most relevant
  • Existing relationships with Equipment Financing Entities will be added advantage
  • Well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, and internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Legal etc.) at a senior level
  • Pro-active, self-driven and ability to work independently with positive mindset within a dynamic and cross functional environment.
  • Established track record demonstrating solution-oriented mind-set
