In this on-site role, you will play a pivotal role indriving our business growth by generating high-quality leads, nurturing customerrelationships, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Targeted Outreach:
Proactively reach out to large enterprise companies,focusing on C-level executives to schedule capability meetings

Customized Communication:
Work closely with sales managers and accountexecutives to craft personalized messages that capture the interest of largeenterprises

Lead Generation:
Utilize advanced techniques to generate and qualify leads,ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients

Sales Process Management:
Efficiently manage leads and advanceopportunities from initial contact to closure, maintaining a seamless sales cycle

CRM Management:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities,account interactions, and opportunity statuses in the CRM system.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Meetings Scheduled:
Number of capability meetings set with C-levelexecutives in large enterprises

Qualified Opportunities:
Track the conversion rate of meetings into potentialsales opportunities and their progress through the pipeline

Lead Generation:
Measure the volume and quality of leads generated andqualified

Account Penetration:
Monitor progress in building and expanding relationshipswithin large enterprises.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Professional Experience:
Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales,or business development

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, withthe ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers

Strategic Mindset:
Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, leadgeneration techniques, and complex sales cycles
