Responsibilities:

  • Interpret semiconductor job descriptions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify explicit and implicit job role requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, either telephonically or in person, as needed, prior to presenting resumes to clients.
  • Evaluate candidates and provide feedback based on recruitment expertise and resume analysis.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
  • Ensure weekly quotas agreed upon with clients are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Electronics/Computer Science.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly motivated with a strong passion for the field.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving set targets.
