Job Description:

Position Overview: The VLSI Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates for VLSI-related positions. This role requires a deep understanding of the VLSI industry and the specific technical skills required for various roles within the field. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and engage with top talent, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and work closely with hiring managers to meet the organizations staffing needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Experience with recruiting for specialized technical roles in VLSI.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry trends and advancements.
  • Strong understanding of VLSI design processes, tools, and technologies
  • Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles, preferably within the VLSI or semiconductor industry.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of VLSI professionals and industry contacts.
