Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team at Gnanodaya VLSI Technologies. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, ideal for freshers looking to start their career in HR. The role entails managing various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill)
  • Recruitment: Ability to source, screen, and interview potential candidates effectively.
  • Performance Management: Knowledge of managing employee performance to meet organizational goals.
  • HR Policies: Capable of understanding and implementing company HR policies.
  • Training and Development: Skills in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Knowledge of various compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all employment practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts in a professional and effective manner.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Implement and monitor performance management processes to meet organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure their effective communication and implementation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits management to ensure fair and competitive compensation for all employees.
  • Maintain HR compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
